An L-shaped addition was added to this hillside 1940’s home to include an office/art studio for the clients as well as a living unit below.  Smartboards, custom furniture and built-ins, sun-shading were incorporated to create a modern aerie that still feels sympathetic and secondary to the home’s original architecture.
