A derelict theater was reimagined and now showcases a popular comedy venue.  (It previously was the home to a long-standing revival movie house, but was closed for years.)  Lobby, theater, back of house, and restrooms were reworked in a very economical manner to reflect a futuristic Art Deco vibe harmonizing with the existing historic downtown building.
